favourite will happily exchange unused, regular-priced merchandise with the original receipt, within 2 weeks of shipment.

Unfortunately favourite cannot cover any shipping expenses resulting from product exchanges.

Of course, in the unlikely event of defective merchandise, favourite will repair or replace the merchandise at our discretion and cover the shipping costs.

"CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING".
